Connect.Net
Integrate CAQ.Net into existing IT-systems and infrastructures

CAQ.Net System Integration / Interfaces

CAQ-interface management for system integrations via OpenAPI, LDAP, SAP-BAPI or RFC. Connect.Net is a bidirectional peripheral connection module that facilitates connections between parallel running IT and database systems. Thanks to Connect.Net, our entire CAQ.Net software family can today seamlessly merge with a multitude of IT-systems such as ERP, MES, MDA/PDA, PLM, CRM, WMS, CMMS, HRM, or similar system.

The Interface Module

QMS Integration
Connect.Net ensures the mutual and streamlined exchange of data

Connect.Net is designed to connect your management system with other systems just like a universal adapter and ensure mutual and streamlined exchange of data. A variety of interfaces between the CAQ.Net Software and your Active Directory or other LDAP, SAP®, Oracle®, Microsoft Dynamics®, Sage®, Abas Software®, Infor®, ProAlpha®, PSI®, PeopleSoft®, ARBURG® ALS, … as well as many other ERP/PPS providers are available in Connect.Net.

This means that you can automatically exchange data such as goods entry notifications, production/inspection orders, item masters, etc. directly and automatically from your existing ERP/PPS system to your CAQ.Net system and immediately use it for QM-relevant tasks. Same applies for any type of MES/PLM/CRM/WMS/CMMS/HRM or similar system.

CAQ.Net can be integrated bidirectionally into your system landscape in a variety of ways:

  • Direct connection via OpenAPI interface
  • Connection through special protocols such as LDAP, SAP BAPIs, and RFCs
  • Direct time-based access to Microsoft SQL databases or any other ODBC source
  • Time-based import or output of files in XML, CSV, or many other formats

The usage of download-files even allows bidirectional integration of CAQ.Net into home-grown or customized systems.

OpenAPI: Next-Level Integration

The API in Connect.Net allows you to query and modify data. The interface complies with the OpenAPI (Swagger) specification and can therefore be directly addressed by a variety of third-party applications.

With the OpenAPI interface, CAQ.Net can be integrated into any element of your system landscape and almost any CAQ.Net function can be easily implemented within MES, ERP, or a custom-built app. In addition to many other possibilities, inspection orders can be queried/created, documents can be retrieved, and the qualification level of employees can be viewed.

Within CAQ.Net there is a continuously growing catalogue of update-safe API standard functions, which is expanded with each release. This real-time communication with third-party applications paves the way for an ultimately networked system landscape just as it is required within the context of the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT).

CAQ OpenAPI Interface

Perfect Interplay with SAP®

Connect.Net for SAP® enables you to transfer data from SAP® systems to CAQ.Net. Likewise, information can be transferred from your CAQ.Net modules to your SAP® structure. The communication technology applied for this procedure is based on transactional remote function calls (RFC) and allows a vice-versa exchange of data. Similar interfaces are, of course, also available for a variety of other IT-systems.

Cutting-Edge Interfaces

We are very much aware that the successful interaction between different IT systems is a primary component of successful quality management and how important it is that changes and innovations in this area are implemented as fast as possible. We therefore work in close cooperation with major companies from within a variety of industries in order to ensure that you can always apply the most sophisticated and cutting-edge interfaces in your day-to-day work that the market has to offer.
